THE PEOPLESMART TEAM ALIGNMENT & COLLABORATION PROCESS

The recent pandemic has affected every business; and your clients are looking for ways to connect, collaborate and align their people in these unprecedented times. Leaders are challenged with finding new ways to lead and need the simplicity of a common language to bring extreme leadership to their teams.


The Team Alignment and Collaboration experience is a unique opportunity any group can use to get everyone aligned and ready to collaborate naturally with each other, especially when they may have been missing their normal connections with their team. 


This process is facilitated by a PeopleSmart consultant so the Team Leader can participate as a member of the team. Each person gains insights on themselves, finds out what others admire about them, and teaches the others how they like being treated for most successful results!  


Strengths, not weaknesses, are emphasized, and everyone ends up bringing out the best in each member, empowering each other to authentically connect so that everything, from daily tasks to special projects, gets completed quickly.     


The Team Leader gets private coaching so they can continue some of the sharing processes in future team meetings and  with new people as they enter the team. The team works together in new ways, whether at the company's location or remotely from home, encouraged by a spirit of real friendship.

Despite the experience and expertise of any leader, if they do not have both business skills and people skills and the ability to apply them directly to whatever role they are in, if they do not have self-understanding and the ability to lead empathically with a high degree of emotional intelligence, they will be limited in their ability to inspire and lead others.

  • Emotional Intelligence is a natural outcome as everyone masters “People-Literacy” 
  • There’s a heightened awareness of each other’s values and behaviors 
  • Everyone knows how to communicate with all personality styles

CREATING TRUST in the Team with the help of DISC tools

  • Because creating a ‘safe space’ at work is required, this process begins with the top executives and team leaders throughout. A PeopleSmart expert facilitates a Profile Report debrief session with the entire group, helping the leader identify each person’s unique and valuable strengths and backgrounds. With each share, the individuals illuminate and illustrate their own examples for the way their behavior shows up to the team. The context is set for new insights to show up, bringing with it, self-confidence, love, trust, alignment, and interest in further collaborations with each other. This nurturing element brings respect, happiness, and mutual understanding for all.


In partnership with PeopleSmart Enterprises, PeopleSmart experts help create custom online interfaces, and training sessions can be held both in-person or online for individuals and teams in a choice of 1 day@ 6 hours or 2 days@3 hours or 3 days@2 hours.
